蝴蝶在肚子里飞舞

今天是周末。也是学校补课的日子。准备上学。

宝贝在餐桌旁喝水吃维他命。妈咪在pack他休息要吃的点心。

"Mom, I think I have butterflies in my stomach."

睡眠不足还处在朦朦胧胧一切行动有点机械化的妈咪捉不到他话中的要点 (paisei)。

“你肚子饿是吗?”

摇摇头。

妈咪也大吃一惊了咯。不是呱?七早八早肚子痛?

"You have stomach ache?"

他的头摇得更加厉害。

"NO, mom. I meant I am nervous...."

轮到妈咪愣了一下下。 Alamak!原来是这个。。。ah-toot的妈咪。

“哦!你是说你 nervous about 等一下在学校的挥春比赛是吗?。。。不用紧张啦,尽力就好了。。。”

赶忙拉了椅子坐在宝贝身旁,顺便安慰一下那几只他肚子里飞来飞去的蝴蝶啦。

然后哦爸爸儿子就出门了。到学校了。胖老爷打电话回来报告安全把少爷送进校门。师奶就“投桃报李”报告“蝴蝶飞舞”一事。

“Huh!这个我都不会,做么他会?” 哈哈哈!爸爸妈咪要多加“进修”了啦。

哎哟,你家宝贝真的很棒吔。看来我要去请教他了。我在美国的大老板也很喜欢说一些我听不懂的英文谚语,我都不会。好像”don't wait the cows come back home"、"train leave the station "、" a flock of geese"啦之类。。。。我每次都agak-agak。像昨天在电话里不知道他"ngap"了一句什么,我听成”where are you ?"答说“at home”他说:I am not asking you where are you, of course I know you are at home “糗死,其他人还乱笑一场。我当然不敢叫他重复问题啦,反正也听不懂。

佩芳。。。那里。不敢说他“棒”,他有更多“不棒”的时候。呵呵呵!。。。当然我明白你说的,因为我打工时遇见 “红毛屎”ang-mo-sai的上司时也领教不少。哈哈哈!所以我们要“穷起直追”。。。不过另一方面,如果我们说中文的成语俗语俚语或者来个唐诗宋词他们也一样‘听没路' (福建话)。哈哈哈!

Lee Wai Wan Oh books are better. Next time must go to look for some idioms books. I like to learn together with the kids, that is why no tuition for them. Hopefully I still can cope with it.

Lee Wai Wan I always tell Lynn the easiest language is BM, as it has the least history, lots of words from English and no grammar except the men, mem, so is way too easy. Hence, she is doing well in BM.
